On Ennlo we offer three levels of users verification. Level One verification is the minimum requirement to become a registered user and to start using the platform. To complete it, you have to confirm your email address during the registration process.

To complete Level Two verification, you have to go to ‘User Settings’ and click on ‘Verification’. Then you will receive an email with the link to start the verification process. The system will ask you to take a photo of your passport / ID (the page with your picture and bio-data) and make a selfie with the passport /ID, holding it in such a way that the page with your picture can be seen. The system will guide you in this process. Once you upload the two pictures and they get processed, you will receive Level Two verification.

To receive Level Three verification, you have to go to User Settings, Level Three Verification. There please fill in the KYC questionnaire and attach your utility bills or bank statement.

We may also request additional information about the source of your revenues as part of our anti money laundering measures.
